In-room and outdoor visitations with residents at the Jewish Home and Rehab Center (JHRC) are now available to schedule online!

Visitations must be scheduled in advance to ensure the safety of our residents and patients.

Visitor parking is available at $10 and visitors can park up to 30 minutes ahead of the appointment, and no earlier. All In-Room visits are scheduled in 60-minute increments. No more than 3 people may visit at one time for in-room visits and it is in the room only, no other common areas.


Acute Geriatric Psychiatry Hospital visit:

Visitors will enter at the entrance of the Koret Building and go through screening including a temperature check. Please be patient as there may be a line for screening. Visitors must remain masked with a surgical or N95 or KN95 mask the entire time from entrance to exit. Cloth masks may be worn over a surgical mask, but not in place of a surgical mask. We will provide a surgical mask or visitors may wear their own N95 or KN95.

Please note: scheduled visitations may need to be cancelled at short notice pending the pandemic status and guidelines. Please check your email on the day of your scheduled visit for possible changes. We appreciate your cooperation and patience to ensure that visitation goes smoothly and safely


IN-ROOM visit:

No more than 3 people may visit at one time for in-room visits and it is in the room only, no other common areas. Visitors will enter at the entrance of the Koret Building where they will go through the regular screening including the temperature check.

Please be patient as there may be a line for screening at the entrance. Visitors must remain masked with a surgical or N95 or KN95 mask the entire time from entrance to exit. Cloth masks may be worn over a surgical mask, but not in place of a surgical mask. We will provide a surgical mask or visitors may wear their own N95 or KN95.

If you are on a weekly video call schedule, please note that we will cancel your video call for the week if you’re visiting in-person instead. Video calls will resume the following week at the usual time.

outside IN-person visit:

Outdoor visits are scheduled in 30-minute increments.

Up to 6 people may visit at one time for outdoor visits. Visitors will check in at the entrance of the Koret Building where they will be screened by staff. Please be patient as there may be a line for screening at the entrance. Outdoor- in-person visits are contingent on favorable weather and air quality conditions. Visitors must remain masked the entire time from entrance to exit.

If you are on a weekly video call schedule, please note that we will cancel your video call for the week if you’re visiting in-person instead. Video calls will resume the following week at the usual time.

For families of residents who live on G2 only, visits will occur in the garden on G2, weather and air quality conditions permitting.
Garden visits with G2 residents:

G2 Garden Visits are scheduled in 30-minute increments.

No more than 3 people may visit at one time for in-room visits and it is in the room only, no other common areas.
